First Roll

Until one day this week, Ainsley couldn't stand being on her tummy. She would whine, squirm, usually spit-up and overall act like she was being tortured. We have been putting her to sleep on her stomach lately for naps (she sleeps on a sensor that monitors her breathing, so no risk of SIDS here) in hopes that she would get more comfortable with being on her belly and apparently it worked. She still doesn't love this position and still often times spits up, but now she has more neck and back strength and can tolerate it more. Then early one morning a few days ago without a fuss she rolled over for the first time!! I was shocked and started screaming to an unappreciative George, who was still sleeping at the time, to come see. Yesterday I even managed to get it on camera. In the video she looks kinda like she just falls over, but she's done it almost 10 times since her first roll, so something in that little brain of hers has to be clicking.

Yeaaaaah Ainsley! I think my favorite part of watching everyone's videos is the parent in the background talking in a baby voice :)
