For Thanksgiving this year, we headed up to Dallas (Again, I know! Maybe we should have moved there instead of Austin! :) ) to spend the week with George's dad's side of the family. This was the first time we've done Thanksgiving with this crew and so we had a blast getting to share in their celebration, which included 2 turkeys (one roasted and one smoked), one smoked tenderloin, a table full of veggies for me, and more bottles of wine than I've seen in a long time!! Yum!! Here's Ainsley trying to enjoy one said over-sized bottle of wine! :)

George's sweet grandmother, Nancy, was kind enough to host the family for the holiday and us for the week. Here's Nancy with her two great-granddaughters, Caleigh and Ainsley.
Ainsley being a ham with her grandpa Bailey....
Four generations... great-grandma Nancy, grandpa Bailey, daddy George, and Ainsley.
We were also blessed to be able to share Thanksgiving with our new friends Mike, Michelle, and their son Finley. Their families are far away and since we had plenty of food and family, we shared. :)
Another funny thing was that while we stayed at Nancy's house, we bathed Lou in the bathroom sink which was the perfect size and looked like a little personal Ainsley jacuzzi! She loved it but clearly had a preference for the facet. This was really too funny to watch!
