We had a low-key family Easter this year. Ainsley ended up having a slight fever and needing a lot of extra TLC but was able to pull it together long enough to enjoy a short Easter egg hunt in the yard. She was so cute finding all the eggs in her sweet pink dress.
Of course once she realized that the eggs opened and that some of them had candy in them, the hunt was pretty much all over. All she wanted to do was eat the jelly beans that were inside the first egg! :)
The hunt ended with Ainsley swinging with the comfort of paci and lovey... and of course her clutching her Easter basket.

And as a treat, Mom made us her delicious homemade cinnamon rolls. The recipe was actually my mom's grandma's recipe. So here is Ainsley helping make her great-great-grandma's cinnamon rolls. Kinda cool... and delicious!!
